Waste Heat Power Plant

The waste heat power plant uses a back-pressure and condensing steam turbine generator unit provided by Hangzhou Steam Turbine Group, one of the leading suppliers of large-scale thermal power and drive units in China and globally. The unit has a maximum output power of 12,460 kW per hour and a maximum annual electricity generation capacity of 99.68 million kWh. In addition to meeting the company's production and daily electricity consumption needs, nearly one-third of the generated electricity can be sold to the grid. 

The unit is equipped with a high-precision advanced regulation system that reaches level D accuracy (the highest level) according to the NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) standard in speed control. It also has independently detachable lubrication and regulation stations for easy use and management after operation. Moreover, the rotor and blades have undergone high-speed dynamic balance tests at 115% of the rated rotating speed on an imported balancing machine from Germany, and their strength and vibration meet the assessment criteria。
